Do you want to work on fundraising through social media and other digital platforms and contribute to content distribution on social media for the NRC?
Tasks and qualifications
The right candidate will thrive on combining strategic thinking around the digital donor journey and operative work with digital ads and social media posts. You will have a daily responsibility to reach targets on donations and regular donors, analyse and report on ad and content performance and be responsible for testing and optimisation of the digital donor journey. In addition, you will train and advise others on digital fundraising.
To succeed in this position, you will ideally have at least five years of relevant experience from fundraising on digital channels, including social media. Through your previous work, you must have shown abilities to produce results using Facebook fundraising and other digital advertising tools.
We want to hear from candidates with proven ability to analyse ad results, web content performance and digital donor journeys and experience in connecting content and performance in digital channels through creating ads, testing and optimisation.
You must be fluent in both written and verbal English and Norwegian and be able to edit text into social media material in both languages.
